Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage time and attendance systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Oversee absence management processes, including tracking and reporting on employee absences.
Required Skills for the Payroll Specialist:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Processing Payroll, Time and Attendance, Absence Management
- 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft – Time and Labor module
- Experience with Payroll documentation using Excel
