Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Licensing Analyst:

• Lead the management and renewal of business licenses across multiple states, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Act as a liaison between our client's team and third-party licensing administrators to ensure timely processing of license renewals and compliance documentation. • Conduct thorough research on federal, state, and local regulations to guide licensing strategies and resolve compliance issues. • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to address licensing inquiries and ensure smooth operations. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze licensing data effectively.

Required Skills for Senior Licensing Analyst:

• Proven experience in licensing and compliance management, with a focus on business licensing. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management and reporting. • Detail-oriented with strong research and problem-solving abilities.
