IDR is seeking a Senior Accountant, Process Improvement to join one of our top clients in Nashville, TN. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant, Process Improvement:

Lead financial transformation projects, focusing on process redesign, system implementation, and internal control enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial transformation projects with organizational goals.

Spearhead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain process maps, identifying risk points and areas for improvement.

Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance, trend, and root-cause analysis.
Required Skills for Senior Accountant, Process Improvement:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA designation or active CPA candidate is preferred.

2-3 years of progressively responsible corporate accounting experience.

Proven track record of process improvement and project management.

Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other BI tools.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
