IDR is seeking a Risk Officer to join one of our top clients in New York, NY, or Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving strategic initiatives. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Risk Officer:
• Design and enhance the TPRM framework to align with industry best practices and the company's evolving needs. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships, ensuring compliance and supporting business objectives. • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Vendor Management, Compliance, and Information Security, to assess and monitor vendor inventory. • Develop risk metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights into third-party risk exposure. • Drive automation and efficiency in TPRM processes and reporting, and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills for Risk Officer:
• 4-7 years of experience in TPRM, vendor management, or a related risk function. • Proficiency in risk management software and vendor management tools. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk management. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams.
