Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UI/UX Design Engineer:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and content stakeholders to transform requirements into user-centered designs and functional UI deliverables.
- Engage actively in team forums, providing updates and insights on work progress.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas.
- Translate UI/UX designs into intuitive, responsive web interfaces that align with project goals and timelines.
- Work closely with technical leaders to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
Required Skills for UI/UX Design Engineer:
- Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
