Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of data fields within the LARS application, ensuring accurate documentation and mapping across various deliverables such as extracts, correspondence, certificates, and API data feeds.
Conduct thorough data integrity assessments to maintain consistent and reliable data usage, adhering to best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including HRB members, OGC/OIV staff, Pharmacy staff, and EMS staff, to understand field usage and address data issues.
Create detailed technical documentation, including mapping reports and data integrity guidelines, to support ongoing data management efforts.
Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables to align with overall project objectives.
Required Skills for Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst:
Proficiency in data modeling, with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in data mining and system administration.
