IDR is seeking a Resource Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, TX. This role is within the staffing and talent management industry, supporting contractor management efforts in a dynamic environment. The position involves building client relationships and coordinating staffing solutions to meet business needs.
Position Overview for the Resource Manager:
- Serves as the main liaison between clients, sales, and internal teams, focusing on building strong relationships.
- Manages staffing needs by gathering detailed requirements and translating them into actionable information for internal teams.
- Ensures transparency by providing consistent updates throughout the staffing lifecycle.
- Supports contract negotiations, documents decisions, and tracks engagement financials.
- Identifies risks or issues in staffing processes and recommends appropriate solutions.
Requirements for the Resource Manager:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a client-facing role, ideally with staffing or talent sourcing experience.
- IT background required; experience with SOWs and Fieldglass preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be local to DFW and able to go onsite 1-2 times/month, with potential to increase to 2x/week if converted to full-time.
