IDR is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, Texas. This internal role supports contractor management efforts within a large, dynamic organization in the tech industry. The position offers a hybrid work environment with flexible onsite requirements.
Position Overview for the Staffing Coordinator:
- Acts as the primary coordinator between partners, account teams, SMEs, and contractors to ensure smooth staffing operations.
- Manages interview scheduling, job postings in FieldGlass, and updates candidate/contractor information.
- Oversees contractor onboarding, orientation scheduling, and equipment/IReq tasks to streamline the onboarding process.
- Maintains accurate staffing trackers, feedback logs, and costing updates to support project and staffing needs.
- Collaborates with internal teams to prevent partner duplication and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
Requirements for the Staffing Coordinator:
- 3+ years of experience in staffing/resource coordination.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and multitasking.
- Proficiency with FieldGlass, MS Office, and SAP preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to work remotely with 1-2 days/month in the Plano office for now, moving towards 2 days/week onsite in the future.
- Must be local to the DFW area and able to support contractor management activities in that region.
