IDR is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Monica, CA. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in web development and agile methodologies. The company operates within the media and entertainment industry, focusing on innovative digital content delivery and streaming solutions.
Position Overview for the Senior Full Stack Engineer:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications in a fast-paced media environment.
- Collaborate within an agile team using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Design and implement APIs, JSON data handling, and backend services.
- Create technical documentation and unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Contribute to wireframing, mock-up creation, and live streaming integration.
Requirements for the Senior Full Stack Engineer:
- Minimum 5-7 years web development experience, with media/entertainment experience a plus.
- Minimum 3 years working in an agile environment (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Proficiency in JSON, API development, JavaScript, and design patterns.
- Experience with mock-up tools, technical documentation, unit testing, and live streaming.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
