Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to multiple teams, ensuring high performance and accuracy. Assist with managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel logistics, both domestic and international. Offer afternoon reception desk coverage on a rotational basis and support junior executives as needed. Handle communication and information management, including reviewing and prioritizing incoming mail and emails. Act as a liaison with portfolio organizations, investors, and guests, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills for Executive Assistant:
Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and experience in managing complex calendars. Excellent written communication and research skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Four plus years' experience as an Executive Assistant; a college degree is preferred.
