IDR is seeking a Regulatory Change Analyst to join one of our top clients in the Software space. This is a remote role that is prioritizing candidates on the East Coast as they will support a team in Spain. This role specializes in legal, security, and compliance solutions, providing critical support to ensure regulatory adherence in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Position Overview for the Regulatory Change Analyst:
- Report directly to the Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance, supporting regulatory change management initiatives.
- Identify, monitor, and manage regulatory changes that impact ServiceNow, ensuring compliance across processes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Facilitate understanding of regulatory requirements and their implications to drive informed decision-making.
- Support implementation of compliance strategies to mitigate business risk and uphold organizational standards.
Requirements for the Regulatory Change Analyst:
- 3+ years working in legal, security, compliance, or audit roles.
- A basic understanding of cloud security, compliance, and legal frameworks, with a strong ability to identify regulatory changes and implement balanced compliance strategies.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, as it pertains to legal and compliance contexts.
- Ability to comprehend regulatory compliance requirements and translate them into requirements and actionable controls to mitigate business risk.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across all leadership levels.
