IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, Utah. This role involves leading programs that support revenue partners, program and product managers, and engineers within a dynamic technology organization. The position offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver impactful projects.
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager:
- Lead programs supporting revenue functional areas, managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, prioritizing, scoping, requirements gathering, resourcing, development, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring continuous delivery of value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of analysts, designers, data engineers, and QA to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage relationships with partners and internal teams, coordinating milestones across multiple groups.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all levels of leadership, including executives.
Requirements for the IT Project Manager:
- 5+ years of technical program management experience.
- Ability to influence executive and senior-level leaders on product vision and priorities.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
