IDR is seeking a Endpoint Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rochester, MN. This role is centered around providing exceptional customer service at a prominent healthcare facility, assisting with endpoint equipment such as laptops and mobile devices. The position involves direct, on-site interaction with customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and effective resolution of requests.
Position Overview for the Endpoint Coordinator:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up endpoint equipment.
- Assist walk-in customers with loaner laptops, on-the-spot support, and general inquiries.
- Work closely with service technicians to facilitate repair and service processes.
- Proficiently handle customer interactions using MS Office applications.
- Maintain documentation and ticket tracking for customer requests and equipment.
Requirements for the Endpoint Coordinator:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Some familiarity with Endpoint Equipment.
- Does not need to be able to technically solve issues, but has skillset to provide interaction between customers and service technicians.
- Familiarity and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- High School / GED with four (4) years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role, OR an Associate’s degree with two (2) years of experience in similar roles, OR a Bachelor’s degree with strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
