IDR is seeking a Water Mitigation Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This company specializes in water mitigation, fire, and restoration services, primarily focusing on residential projects. The role involves managing water restoration projects, coordinating with technicians and adjusters, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
Position Overview for the Mitigation Project Manager:
- Manage water restoration and mitigation projects, primarily residential, ensuring customer satisfaction and project efficiency.
- Coordinate with technicians, adjusters, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and data entry for all ongoing jobs.
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and quality standards within a startup environment.
- Travel up to 1–2 hours depending on job location, with a schedule from Monday to Friday and on-call responsibilities every other week.
Requirements for the Mitigation Project Manager:
- 2-5+ years of restoration Project Management experience, specifically in water mitigation and restoration.
- Strong knowledge of insurance, restoration, and construction industry standards and processes.
- Experience managing at least one individual and leading water restoration projects.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Preferred certifications include IIRC, ASD, WRT, and OCT.
