IDR is seeking a Informatics Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Eagan, MN. This role involves working in a healthcare setting where informatics knowledge is essential to manage change requests, coordinate with clinical and IT teams, and ensure smooth implementation of system updates. The organization is dedicated to improving healthcare delivery through innovative informatics solutions.
Position Overview for the Informatics Specialist :
- Manage and process change requests submitted by practice departments using Service Now.
- Partner with EHR IT analysts to build, test, and validate system changes prior to production.
- Collaborate with practice department members and internal teams to ensure compliance and successful implementation.
- Utilize Epic certification or proficiency in Ambulatory and Clinical Documentation tools.
- Apply clinical experience and knowledge of change management tools to support system enhancements.
Requirements for the Informatics Specialist :
- Clinical Experience with a proven background in healthcare informatics.
- Epic Experience, with certification or proficiency in Amb Doc and Clin Doc.
- Knowledge of the Service Now Change management tool.
- Familiarity with MS tools such as Teams, Outlook, and Lists.
- RN license, MSN in informatics or a Master’s degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.

Compensation Details: $95 – 100/hr W2
