Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed project proposals and business cases, ensuring ROI and securing necessary funding approvals. Lead and execute projects using project management expertise, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate communication among team members and stakeholders, leading meetings and providing regular updates. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to keep projects on track. Contribute to the evolution of the Business Transformation Office through project reviews and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills for Project Manager:
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience with a BS/BA degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Planner. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively. Experience with complex software projects, ERP (SAP) applications, and cloud-based SaaS. PMP certification and Agile experience, including Certified Scrum Master, are preferred.
