Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Front Office Assistant:

Engage with patients by assisting them with information forms and ensuring the pre-arrival process is complete.

Verify patient registration data accurately and confirm insurance eligibility before visits.

Collect and receipt payments with precision, ensuring all transactions are error-free and balanced with the electronic health records.

Collaborate with our client’s team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming front office environment.

This is a 2-month contract position, providing a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced setting.
Required Skills for Front Office Assistant:

Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer management systems and scheduling functions.

High School diploma or equivalent, with a current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
