IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role is with a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering evidence-based cancer care through effective project management and enterprise-level operations. The position offers a dynamic environment supporting mission-critical initiatives within the enterprise.
Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:
- Manage and track new project intake requests, ensuring completeness and alignment with intake criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate governance meetings, including calendar invites, agendas, and logistics.
- Prepare and maintain governance slide decks and support materials for leadership review.
- Ensure consistent and timely reporting across all active projects, including status updates and risk tracking.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility across initiatives.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the EPMO to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements for the Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong interest in project management and enterprise-level operations
- Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools
