Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst (100% remote): Collaborate with business stakeholders to document and analyze requirements, ensuring seamless communication between operations and development teams. Engage in evaluating business processes and translating them into functional and operational requirements. Utilize your expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and HCHB Analytics to support and enhance system functionality. Participate in a long-term, flexible engagement with varying weekly hours based on project readiness. Leverage your problem-solving skills to facilitate effective solutions and improvements.

Required Skills for Business Systems Analyst (100% remote): Minimum of 3 years of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and HCHB Analytics in the Home Health or Hospice field. Proven ability to support HCHB in a help desk or troubleshooting environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise between business and technical teams. Experience in documenting and communicating business requirements and technical solutions.
