IDR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This organization operates within the data analytics and healthcare industry, focusing on data reporting and integration projects to support enterprise-level operations. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and documentation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Position Overview for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Gather and document data and reporting requirements, including user needs and system specifications
- Facilitate and run meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Develop and maintain documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira, ensuring process clarity
- Support data-related projects such as data marts, integrations, and visualization reports, including Cognos reports
- Collaborate with technical teams on data warehouse analysis, leveraging SQL and cloud understanding
Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Strong expertise in data/ETL requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse environments
- Experience with Cognos and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to gather requirements and document processes effectively
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably with large or enterprise organizations
