Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Project Manager II:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, encompassing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Lead major initiatives by tracking critical paths and ensuring timely completion of milestones. Create and implement process maps to identify bottlenecks and explore optimized workflows. Assist in process architecture and documentation for evolving business processes. Develop job aids and SOPs to support process updates and best practice adoption.

Required Skills for HR Project Manager II:

2-4 years of experience in process analysis and project management. Experience in HR process and technology-focused projects. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet). Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
