Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive M365 Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365 environments, including migration, administration, and support. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing M365 solutions that improve productivity and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD
  • Plan and execute M365 migrations and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues
  • Ensure security and compliance within the M365 environment
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to optimize workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with security and compliance policies in M365
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune
  • Background in healthcare IT staffing or related sector
