Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ETL Tester:

Review and analyze requirements and design documents to ensure alignment with technical and business needs. Develop, implement, and document test cases and scenarios, collaborating with developers and quality assurance managers. Determine test environment and data requirements, coordinating with integrated systems' owners. Communicate project readiness, status, and potential risks to leads, documenting and elevating risks as needed. Provide statistical reporting and analysis, and track defect resolution and retesting.

Required Skills for ETL Tester:

Over 6 years of experience in ETL testing with strong backend SQL and automation skills. Proficiency in Python scripting and cloud technologies, with experience in BigQuery. Familiarity with data mining, statistical analysis, and healthcare data analytics. Experience with Informatica Power Center, Tableau, Cognos, and Anaplan. Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
