Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. HR Data Analyst:
Collaborate with HR partners and business stakeholders to design and execute analysis plans, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Engage with various functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into HR analytics projects.
Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Workday and Power BI, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, using predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques.
Stay informed on emerging HR analytics trends and recommend new tools and techniques to advance team capabilities.
Required Skills for Sr. HR Data Analyst:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on HR data analytics.
Proficiency in Power BI, Workday report writing, and dashboard creation.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leaders and non-experts.
Experience with Python and/or SQL is preferred.
Strong commitment to data confidentiality and understanding of data security and privacy.
