Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture for one of our Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to design robust, scalable solutions that align with business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of combined related education, experience, or equivalent certifications (flexibility on years of experience if technical skills meet requirements).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce technical experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, Flows, and SOQL.
  • 3+ years in an architect or technical leadership role within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in DevOps tools such as Gearset and GitLab.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and the healthcare data model, including EHR/FHIR, patient/encounter data, HIPAA compliance, or experience working in value-based care, population health, or clinical workflow systems.
  • Strong background in data architecture and API-first design, with experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda) and facilitating data exchange between transactional and analytical systems.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Application/System Architect, Omnistudio certifications.
  • Mentorship experience to junior admins or developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and technical best practices.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for Salesforce development projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet functional, security, and compliance standards.
  • Drive DevOps practices and continuous integration/delivery within Salesforce development.
  • Support integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems, including AWS services.
  • Mentor and coach Salesforce developers and technical teams.
