Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager: Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. Develop comprehensive project plans and drive project milestones, while establishing effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders. Provide day-to-day direction to project resources and ensure effective change management throughout the project. Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets, while maintaining excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a long-term contract position, fully onsite, with potential travel requirements depending on project needs.

Required Skills for IT Project Manager: Proven experience in healthcare IT implementations and network standardization, including infrastructure upgrades and telecom. Strong IT project management skills with a focus on end-user technology and collaboration platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. PMP certification is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
