IDR is seeking a Helix Developer to join one of our top clients in Greenwood Village, CO. This role is pivotal in supporting our client's transition from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix, focusing on enhancing system performance and reliability. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Helix Developer:
- Collaborate with our client's team to facilitate the migration from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix.
- Design and optimize solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure seamless integration within complex enterprise systems.
- Engage in interpreting performance data and providing insights for system enhancements.
- This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension and conversion.
Required Skills for Helix Developer:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Helix Developer. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and address critical issues clearly.
- Solid understanding of IP networking and enterprise network architecture.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with Linux operating systems.
- Basic experience with bash shell scripting for migration or automation tasks.

Compensation Details: $80-85/hr W2
