IDR is seeking a Digital Print Production Operator to join one of our top clients in Englewood, CO. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Digital Print Production Operator: • Operate a variety of printing equipment, including small- and large-format printers, and manage projects from start to finish, including lamination, mounting, and binding. • Perform routine maintenance on printers, ensuring optimal performance, and coordinate with technicians for any necessary repairs. • Collaborate with the Print Services Manager to discuss project details, provide status updates, and incorporate feedback. • Safely manage materials, adhering to proper lifting and storage practices. • Prepare files for printing, ensuring accuracy with bleed, crop marks, and imposition.

Required Skills for Digital Print Production Operator: • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control. • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders. • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently. • 2-3 years of experience in print production preferred, with familiarity in EFI Fiery or similar RIP systems.
