IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients in Denver, CO or Milwaukee, WI. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Manage the entire recruitment process for construction and corporate roles, including project managers, estimators, engineers, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, networking, social media, and industry-specific outreach.
• This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension, offering a hybrid work schedule in Denver or fully remote in Milwaukee.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but an associate degree or higher is required.
Required Skills for Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on construction or corporate hiring.
• Previous experience recruiting at an agency, particularly within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, with Oracle (ORC) experience being a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.

Compensation Details: $30-40/hr W2
