IDR is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst (Workday) to join one of our top clients in a fully remote capacity with occasional travel. This role is pivotal in supporting our client's enterprise Workday HCM platform, focusing on FDM retrofit and deployment transition projects. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Systems Analyst (Workday):

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Workday HCM, handling configuration, testing, and maintenance across various modules. • Lead and support large-scale transitions, data migrations, and FDM retrofit efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS leadership to coordinate changes and deployments within our client's team. • Act as a consultative partner, identifying opportunities for configuration and process optimization. • Contribute to the development of data standards and configuration governance.

Required Skills for Technical Systems Analyst (Workday):

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration and system administration. • Proven track record in supporting large enterprise environments, preferably within healthcare or unionized settings. • Strong experience in data migration, EIB loads, and deployment transitions. • Familiarity with additional Workday modules such as Compensation, Security, or Reporting is a plus. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
