Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle Analyst:
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in denials, appeals, collections, and credit balance reconciliation.
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection efficiency.
- Collaborate with billing, coding, registration, and finance teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with payer regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies.
Required Skills for Revenue Cycle Analyst:
- Strong experience in collections, denial management, appeals, and credit balance reconciliation.
- Proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle data and developing reports and dashboards.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis on claim denials and payment delays.
- Experience with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of revenue cycle tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay rate: $40,000-$50,000
