About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support and coordinate IT project execution across multiple sites. This is a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients, offering long-term career growth and the chance to play a key role in delivering technology solutions across expanding operations.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with project managers, facilities teams, and vendors to ensure technical deliverables are completed on time and within scope. You’ll manage IT readiness for new site launches, track hardware and circuit installations, and maintain clear documentation throughout each project.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT project tasks and timelines in alignment with business needs.

  • Work with facilities teams and contractors to ensure site IT readiness.

  • Track internet circuit installs, hardware procurement, and device deployment.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, status updates, and technical issue logs.

  • Identify and help mitigate project risks and delays.

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, IT Project Analyst, or IT Coordinator.

  • Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure and technical deployment processes.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks in fast-paced environments.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) is a plus.

  • Experience supporting site launches or relocations is highly preferred.

  • High attention to detail and documentation.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
