This role is integral to our client's Product Engineering team, where you will collaborate with various stakeholders to transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Solutions Analyst: • Utilize your technical expertise to convert business needs into precise software engineering specifications. • Work closely with Technical Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and acceptance criteria. • Develop comprehensive User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Technical Requirements documentation. • Analyze both in-house and third-party software solutions to facilitate the integration of new technologies. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and lead the triage of production support requests.

Required Skills for Technical Solutions Analyst: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or 7+ years of equivalent software development experience. • At least 3 years of recent experience authoring User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in an Agile environment. • Expertise in web application, database, and API design and architecture. • Experience with healthcare interoperability solutions using EDI or HL7 standards. • Proficiency in T-SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and tools like Lucid for data and process flow creation.
