Senior Construction Recruiter
Location: Nashville, TN
IDR is seeking a Senior Construction Recruiter to join one of our top clients in Nashville. This role plays a key part in identifying and securing top talent for their construction teams, with a focus on residential and affordable housing projects. Position Overview & Responsibilities:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for construction roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers and construction leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry events.

Coordinate interview logistics, including job site visits and virtual meetings, to ensure an efficient hiring process.

Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience recruiting for construction roles with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.

Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge of current construction labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.
