IDR is seeking an Application Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is within the public sector, supporting state-level projects related to healthcare and eligibility systems. The position offers a chance to work on critical government initiatives in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for Eligibility and integrated systems.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate end-to-end system performance and data accuracy.

• Conduct advanced mainframe, interface, and Java application testing to ensure smooth communication between system components.

• Manage and maintain test data, environments, and configurations to support efficient test execution.

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring quality standards are met prior to release.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and system owners to troubleshoot and validate system fixes.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years’ experience with Interface Controls and Testing

• Advanced Mainframe Testing expertise

• Advanced Java Application Testing proficiency

• Strong Test Case Execution skills

• Expertise in Test Case and Script Development

• Advanced Test Data Management capabilities

• Hands-on experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks
