IDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This organization operates within the retail industry, focusing on personalized customer experiences through innovative lifecycle marketing campaigns. The role involves developing, automating, and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive revenue and engagement.
Position Overview for the Senior Marketing Campaign Analyst:
- Build and scale customer journey automations, including welcome, win-back, abandoned cart, and loyalty campaigns
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail platforms
- Partner with data teams to integrate customer and transactional data, utilizing SQL queries for segmentation
- Test, measure, and optimize automated campaign performance to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are aligned and workflows operate smoothly
Requirements for the Senior Marketing Campaign Analyst:
- 3+ years of hands-on campaign development experience in SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Responsys, Zeta, or equivalent platforms
- Intermediate SQL skills and experience with APIs or data integration techniques
- Strong coding skills, including personalization scripting, HTML, and CSS for email development
- Proven track record of building scalable and high-performing lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with experience handling large data sets and relational databases
