Help Desk Administrator – Remote (Houston, TX)

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Administrator to provide technical support and exceptional customer service to internal users. The Help Desk Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for IT hardware, software, and telecommunications issues—troubleshooting problems, resolving incidents, and escalating complex cases as needed.
