IDR is seeking a Senior Program Manager TCA to join a leading organization in Santa Clara, California. This role focuses on managing talent acquisition programs and PMO execution within a technology-driven environment. It offers an opportunity to work remotely while supporting enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
Position Overview for the Senior Program Manager TCA :
- Manage integrated project plans, milestones, and risks for talent acquisition and HR initiatives
- Partner with TA and HRBP leadership to align program strategies with enterprise goals
- Build data-driven dashboards to monitor performance insights and ensure compliance
- Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and creation of leader toolkits
- Oversee process design and documentation, collaborating with technical teams on tooling and governance
Requirements for the Senior Program Manager TCA :
- 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically leading end-to-end TA/HR or transformation programs for SaaS companies
- 3+ years of experience working with global engineering teams, including software, machine learning, and AI teams
- Proven ability to run multi-workstream plans with timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments
- Strong written communication skills for executive-level content and visual storytelling
- Data proficiency including maintaining KPI sheets, pivot tables, data queries, and familiarity with dashboards like Power BI or Tableau
