Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Representative (Nashville, TN):
Engage in processing customer invoices and accurately recording payments. Address and resolve payment discrepancies while maintaining positive client relationships. Utilize accounting or ERP systems to manage accounts receivable processes. Support the accounting team with project-based assignments and perform backup duties as needed. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely payment of overdue invoices.
Required Skills for Accounts Receivable Representative (Nashville, TN):
Proven experience in revenue cycle management is preferred. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in relevant software programs and basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Minimum of a high school diploma with accounting experience; a bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
