IDR is seeking a Sr. Director – Treasury to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This key leadership role offers an opportunity to oversee the management of substantial financial resources supporting critical missions with a focus on cash optimization and strategic treasury operations.
Position Overview for the Sr. Director – Treasury:
- Manage all financial resources, including annual donations, working capital, and transfer funds to the hospital and investment portfolios.
- Lead the Treasury team in managing banking relationships, cash conversion cycles, short-term investing, and borrowing strategies.
- Develop and analyze cash flow reports to ensure short- and long-term funding needs are met, supporting operational and strategic goals.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements for the organization.
- Direct strategic projects related to banking structures, new payment methods, and cash management innovations to optimize organizational funding and resources.
Requirements for the Sr. Director – Treasury:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience required.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Significant knowledge in Treasury, Banking, working capital and cash flow management, Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience in Not-for-Profit organizations highly preferred.
- CTP or CPA License highly preferred.
