IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role involves leading Agile practices within a prominent organization that supports Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Data teams, focusing on project delivery, team collaboration, and process improvement.
Position Overview for the Scrum Master:
- Lead Agile SDLC practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and velocity tracking; facilitate demos to stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to promote Agile best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement by fostering clear communication and alignment across functions.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for sprint planning, tracking, and project management to ensure transparency and alignment on deliverables.
- Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog aligned with business priorities and development capacity.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and Business Analysts to ensure effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to support marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements for the Scrum Master:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably within Salesforce ecosystems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud teams
- Strong facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to coordinate across marketing, CRM, and data functions
