IDR is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting detailed business and system requirements, designing operational workflows, and producing critical project documentation including charters, status reports, and meeting minutes. The analyst will engage directly with stakeholders across departments including Radiology, Pharmacy, Lab, and other ancillary services, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:
This positions will play a key role in leading EMR and third-party system implementations within healthcare provider environments such as hospitals and clinics.
Required Skills for Business Systems Analyst:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst!
- Must have prior experience within Healthcare / Clinical industry.
- Hands on experience with EMR Systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena)
- Hands on experience with 3rd party Healthcare Applications (Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank)
- Must have Bachelor's degree.
