Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Interim Director of IT/IS:
• Lead and oversee IT system implementations, with a focus on healthcare systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with our client’s team to drive strategic IT initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage a 3 to 6-month contract with the potential for conversion to a full-time role, offering flexibility for remote work with occasional travel to our client’s location.
• Utilize your leadership skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with V2 EPIC implementation.
Required Skills for Interim Director of IT/IS:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT director role, preferably within large hospital systems.
• Proven track record of successful system implementation, particularly in healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
• Experience with EPIC system implementation is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to Jamestown, ND occasionally during the contract period.
