IDR is seeking an Office Administrator to join one of our top clients in Beverly Hills, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's team by managing staff and provider scheduling in a high-volume environment. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Office Administrator:

• Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling for clinic staff and providers, ensuring efficient operations. • Process and approve time off requests, maintaining accurate records and schedules. • Oversee payroll and timecard approvals, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Develop staffing templates and block schedules to optimize resource allocation. • This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension.

Required Skills for Office Administrator:

• High School Diploma or GED. • Flu vaccination is mandatory, with no declinations or exemptions. • At least one year of experience in high-volume staff scheduling. • Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping approvals. • Experience with EPIC and a background in healthcare.
