Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Authorization Rep (Beverly Hills, CA):

Serve as the primary contact for patient relations, both in person and over the phone.

Facilitate patient check-ins and check-outs, manage co-payments, and ensure accurate reconciliation of payments.

Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details using CS-Link/Epic.

Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and manage referrals and authorizations for various insurance plans.

Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with department guidelines.
Required Skills for Authorization Rep (Beverly Hills, CA):

Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans.

At least one year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting.

Proficiency in reading, understanding, and responding to detailed oral and written instructions.

Recent experience in a surgery center or in processing procedure authorizations.
