IDR is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity 100% REMOTE. This organization specializes in software solutions for the healthcare and pharmacy industry, focusing on improving operational efficiency and compliance through innovative technology. The role involves leading efforts to optimize and streamline Microsoft Dynamics applications across various operational models to enhance customer service and support.
Position Overview for the Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve internal processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Design and recommend scalable solutions to meet evolving operational needs
- Own the features and functionality of Dynamics modules, playing a hands-on role similar to a product owner
- Drive agile projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of system enhancements
- Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term execution to support organizational growth
Requirements for the Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a tech environment
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Customer Service, F&O, and marketing modules, including implementation and change management
- Background as a functional/technical lead (configuration-focused, not doing the coding)
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and drive solutions, with experience in large-scale migrations (e.g., Salesforce to Dynamics)
