This is a NIGHT SHIFT position and the role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support for technology issues faced by employees and departments in a dynamic 24/7 setting. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Desk Technician:

Provide and facilitate support for technology issues in a 24/7 environment, ensuring stability and continuity of services.

Monitor electrical and network systems, diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures.

Perform system health checks, maintenance tasks, and understand job scheduling tools.

Maintain basic knowledge of server operating systems, networking protocols, and data recovery.

Train and orient customers on hardware and software usage, and troubleshoot network and computing devices remotely.
Required Skills for Service Desk Technician:

Strong customer service skills, acting as the Voice of the Customer.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience in both team environments and independent work settings.

Ability to identify and resolve problems to enhance customer service.

Timely response to customer inquiries using established practices.
