Position Overview for the Project Manager :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) transformation projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving Oracle OTM implementations, coordinating with development teams and executives, and ensuring successful delivery of complex logistics or warehouse technology projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Required Top Skills for the Business Analyst:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience leading end-to-end initiatives.
- 3+ years managing Oracle OTM or transportation/logistics transformation projects.
- Strong technofunctional background with ability to bridge warehouse operations and IT development.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse operations teams and logistics systems integration.
- Proven track record delivering full lifecycle projects, with expertise in Smartsheet project management.
