IDR is seeking a Platform Administrator to join one of our top clients in Nashville, TN. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing enterprise collaboration tools and productivity platforms. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Platform Administrator:
- Manage and support the administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including productivity tools and AI integrations.
- Oversee the integration and administration of third-party collaboration tools such as Slack, Box, and Zoom.
- Configure and maintain Enterprise Application and SSO in Azure, ensuring seamless identity federation and security.
- Collaborate with global teams, requiring schedule flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Utilize strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Required Skills for Platform Administrator:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini. Familiarity with PowerShell, APIs, and automation processes.
- Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, and identity federation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or Technology, with relevant certifications in systems administration or M365 tools.
