This role is pivotal in partnering with actuarial and IT data teams to design, build, and enhance the Actuarial Modeling and Data Management Platform. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior C++ Developer:

Collaborate with actuarial and data teams to develop and optimize platform components using C++ and Python. Ensure the platform's computational performance, scalability, and reliability for complex actuarial workloads. Lead technical innovation efforts, including the use of GPUs and AI-based methods. Provide technical guidance and serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents. Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Required Skills for Senior C++ Developer:

Expert proficiency in C++ (C++22 and later) with experience in high-performance, data-intensive systems. Strong understanding of actuarial/risk systems and financial modeling platforms. Familiarity with Python and multi-language environments. Deep knowledge of data management in hybrid cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with actuarial stakeholders.
